Are you looking for a fun way to earn volunteer hours and make a meaningful contribution to your community? Do you love books and snacks? Join the new Teen Advisory Board for the York County Public Library!
The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is a group of middle and high school students who are dedicated to service to their community. TAB allows teens to have a voice in their library's program planning and book purchases. We ask that teens who apply are able to commit to serving on the board until August 31, 2021.
Click on this link to fill out the application online. You can also pick up a paper application at the Youth Services desks at either the Tabb or Yorktown branches. We will notify new members in February and have our first meeting via Zoom in March. If you have any questions, call 757-890-5110 (Tabb) or 757-890-3236 (Yorktown), or email YouthServices@yorkcounty.gov.
