The Tabb Book Readers gathered last weekend to discuss what they discovered about Japanese Culture from the books they read this month. They also enjoyed green tea and Japanese treats.
For the March meeting, attendees could read any fiction or non-fiction title they wanted, as long as it touched on Japanese culture in some way.
TBR members read a variety of titles, from thrillers, to historical fiction, to nonfiction, to manga. Couldn't make the meeting but want some recommendations from group? Check out what the TBR read in March below.

Tabb Book Readers is a Tabb Library-sponsored book club that encourages participants to stretch their horizons and share the books they discover on their journey. The next meeting of the TBR will be held on Saturday, April 27, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. The theme for April is
“Historical Fiction." Any fiction title is allowed, as long as it is set in the past, from ancient times through the 20th Century. Be on the look-out for a round-up of suggested titles hand-picked by our librarians soon.
Starting on April 1, you can call 757-890-5120 or visit the library's Events Calendar to RSVP (i.e.
register) for the meeting. The library's website is www.yorkcounty.gov/library. Registration will close on April 25.
