Welcome to Kanopy PLUS! York County Public Library is excited to offer you this amazing collection of films, documentaries, and TV series with unlimited viewing. Kanopy PLUS offers six curated collections with all-you-can-watch access. Each themed collection contains approximately 250-300 streaming videos. The collections are:
British Cinema & TV: A unique blend of intriguing mysteries, addictive dramas, and big-hearted comedies for those who relish proper British movies and TV series. Titles include: A Room With A View, Churchill, The Child in Time, Upstart Crow, Dalziel & Pascoe, and more.
Diversity: A broad range of popular and compelling films and documentaries that focus on diverse stories and storytellers. These powerful titles broaden viewpoints and help enrich understanding. Titles include:: The Central Park Five, Roots, After the Mayflower, Trail of Tears, America and the Holocaust, and more.
Easy Watching: Crowd-pleasing comedies, fun and entertaining documentaries, popular classic cinema, and family-friendly films. These stories will entertain and charm you. Titles include Charade, A Man Called Ove, All of Me, Anne of Green Gables, Royal Wedding, and more.
Episodic Series: A kaleidoscope of bingeable dramas, thrilling narratives, and documentaries with something for everyone: thrillers, classic theater, reality series, historical procedurals, and much more. Titles include Death in Paradise, Hoarders, DCI Banks, Mankind Decoded, The Tesla Files, and more.
Favorites: Features crowd pleasers and acclaimed actors. These dramas, thrillers, documentaries, and television series will please a range of audiences. Titles include: Howards End, On Golden Pond, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, And Then There Were None, The Hating Game, and more.
World Cinema: A selection of international films that span various cultures, this collection unlocks recent theatrical hits and critically acclaimed classics from various genres. Titles include: Nowhere in Africa, Downfall, Marriage Italian Style, The Return, The Dinner, and more.
The Kanopy PLUS unlimited viewing collection works along side the library's existing monthly play credit model. No play credits will be deducted for any titles that span both the play credit and PLUS models.
