York County Offices Closed Monday February 15

York County government offices and courts will follow the schedule listed below for the Presidents Day holiday on Monday, February 15: 

•  County Offices - Closed 
• All Courts - Closed 
• York-Poquoson Social Services - Closed 
• Virginia Cooperative Extension - Closed 
• York County Libraries - Closed 
• Waste Management Center Administrative Offices - Closed 

The Transfer Station, Recycling Drop-off, and VPPSA Compost Facility located at the Waste Management Center will be open; however, the on-site administrative offices will be closed.  Curbside garbage and recycling collections are not affected by the holiday.  Residents are reminded to place their containers at the roadside by 7 a.m. on their regular collection day.
