Also this month, wipe away those library fines when Food for Fines returns November 4-18!  Bring non-perishable food items to the Tabb or Yorktown Library to pay your fines.  One food item = one fine, regardless of the amount of the fine.  Bring in as many food items as you have overdue books, DVDs, or CDs. The Food for Fines program does not apply to charges for lost or damaged items.  Please consider donating to the Food for Fines program even if you don’t have any fines on your account.  Be sure to bring your library card with you so that we can credit the proper account and mark those fines as “paid!”
The Tabb and Yorktown Libraries will be closed on Monday, November 12, in observance of Veterans Day. Both libraries will reopen at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 13. The Tabb and Yorktown Libraries will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21, and remain closed through Friday, November 23 for Thanksgiving. Libraries will reopen on Saturday, November 24.
