Reviews applications for certificates of Architectural Appropriateness in accordance with the requirements of the Yorktown Historic District and Yorktown Design Guidelines. Must be a property owner or resident of the Yorktown Historic District. (Night meetings, an unlimited number of four-year terms)

Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month and applications are due by 5:00 p.m. three weeks before each meeting. When an application is due on a County holiday, the due date is changed to the nearest earlier business day. Meetings will be canceled in the absence of application(s) and other business needing the attention of the HYDC.
