Carolyn T. Cuthrell

Responsibilities
Carolyn T. Cuthrell, Deputy Director of Finance, manages and supervises the staff of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Division. The division conducts and coordinates complex professional accounting work involving the research, analysis, preparation and maintenance of financial information for audit and financial reporting purposes and fiscal control work.

Background
Ms. Cuthrell received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the College of William and Mary and began her employment with the County in 1994. During her tenure with the County, she has held various positions in Accounts Payable, Utility Billing, Budget and Financial Reporting, and Fiscal Accounting Services.
