3. No Wake Zones and Markers in York County Waterways. Consider approval of Proposed Ordinance 26-3 to amend Chapter 16, Section 16.43, of the York County Code to implement Virginia Code § 29.1-744(D) by establishing “No Wake” zones on certain designated waterways in York County, and Proposed Resolution R26-18 to formally request, pursuant to Virginia Code § 29.1-744(E), that such “No Wake” zones be designated by regulatory markers and forwarded to the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources for consideration and action. 4. Application No. ZT-215-25, Theft-Deterrent Wire. Consider adoption of Proposed Ordinance 26-2(R) approving amendments to the York County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 24.1, Section 104. Definitions: 271. Accessory uses permitted in conjunction with residential uses; and 272. Accessory uses permitted in conjunction with commercial and industrial uses, for the use of theft-deterrent wire. Approved as Amended

5. Application Nos. CP-11-26 & ZM-218-26, Comprehensive Plan Amendment. Consider adoption of an ordinance to amend the York County Zoning Map by reclassifying certain properties in accordance with the updated Comprehensive Plan, Charting the Course to 2040, and a resolution to approve an application to amend the 2040 Land Use Map contained in Chapter 11 of the Comprehensive Plan, Charting the Course to 2040. 6. Peninsula Eviction Reduction Pilot Program (PERP 6). Consider adoption of Proposed Resolution 26-14 to accept and appropriate $88,000 in Peninsula Eviction Reduction Pilot Program grant funds awarded by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development. Approved
7. Retirement Recognition – David M. Lehman. Consider adoption of Proposed Resolution R26-16 to commend David M. Lehman, Capital Improvements Project Manager, for the Department of Public Works, on the occasion of his retirement. Approved
8. Marlbank Stream Restoration Stormwater Local Assistance Fund (SLAF) Grant. Consider adoption of Proposed Resolution 26-20 to authorize the County Administrator to accept and appropriate funds and take all actions necessary to accept the grant for the Marlbank Stream Restoration Project. Approved
9. Board Policy Amendment Short-Term Rental Homes. Consider adoption of Proposed Resolution R26-27 to amend Board Policy number BP24-30, Short-Term Rental Homes policy (tourist homes and bed & breakfast inns) to include a provision that would regulate pools. Approved
