The Division of Public Affairs oversees external communications for the County. A dedicated staff provides residents, businesses and other interested parties important information about County services, programs and events over multiple media platforms.

The Public Affairs Office manages the York County website and social media pages, local government access cable channels, a quarterly County newsletter and various printed materials. Located in Historic Yorktown, this division answers citizen calls and questions, plus responds to concerns and Freedom of Information Requests.
