The Emergency Home and Accessibility Repair Program (Rehabilitation Program) was adopted in 1988 by the York County Board of Supervisors. Eligible low-income families of York County may seek assistance with health and safety hazards, wheelchair ramps or other urgent or accessibility repairs for their home.
