Facility Permit Requests

Use the facility request permit form (PDF) to request personal use of County facilities. Requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the requested starting dates. Once the form is completed, please print, sign, mail, email, or bring it to the Parks and Recreation office along with full payment. To email the document, please scan it as a PDF attachment to parksandrec@yorkcounty.gov.

Insurance Requirements

The facility request permit (PDF) should be used for the following types of facilities:

• York County Elementary School gymnasiums and athletic fields after 4 p.m. on school days and anytime on non-school days and weekends.
• York County Middle School gymnasiums and athletic fields after 5 p.m. on school days and anytime on non-school days and weekends.
• York County Parks and Athletic Fields
  • Charles Brown Park
  • Chisman Creek Park
  • Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Building at Charles Brown Park
  • Kiln Creek
  • New Quarter Park
  • Wolf Trap Park
• McReynolds Athletic Complex has its own permit form
  • McReynolds Athletic Complex (MAC)
